Gel products are the main products I specialize in. • POLICIES • *10 MINUTE LATE POLICY* Being late happens, but it still affects everyone! If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule, & you will be charged the 24 hour cancellation fee. •Cancelations BEFORE 24 hours won’t be charged •Cancelations AFTER 24 hours will be considered a Same Day cancellation & charged atleast 50% of service(s). *PRODUCT* I do not remove or work over product applied by someone else. I have several reasons for this, one being time. I’d love to explain the rest in more detail when I see you for your appointment 💅🏽 *CARD ON FILE & DEPOSIT(BOOKING FEE)* ALL clients are required to have a credit card on file. ‼️Only Gloss Genius has access to this information‼️ New clients are required to pay ONE TIME deposit (booking fee) to hold time slot(s). Booking fee will be applied to the balance remaining at time of appointment -Deposits (Booking fees) are multiplied by the # of services booked at the time of the FIRST booking- *WAIT LIST* If the day/time you need is not available, please reach out via text or email regarding what Day(s)/Time(s)/Service(s) you’re requesting & you will be added to the wait list *CONSULTATIONS* If you’re wanting anything more than polish with simple additions like glitter & decals PLEASE text/email me your inspiration photos PRIOR to your appointment, so I can assure it’s doable & enough time is booked *NO SHOWS* will be charged 100% of service(s) *If a deposit was paid but the appointment was no showed, the deposit will NOT be refunded •2 NO SHOWS and booking will no longer be available ABOUT ME continued ✨ I am a personal, “natural” nail technician, which means the health of your natural nails is the MOST important to me, and they should be to you too! I don’t just enjoy what I do, I enjoy educating people on the differences, similarities & in-betweens about products. Nail beds are the foundation of any nail service, and the health of them matters. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for! When caring about the heath of nails and skin, beauty will always be the benefit. I don’t just “paint nails” for a living. I like to take care of and also educate people based on each individuals wants/needs. Taking the time for your hands and feet is self care ✨
